The Optimal Health Program includes:

Gut Cleanse

 

Reset your digestive system, promote healthy gut bacteria and reduce inflammation. This plan has a simple, easy, and basic guide to follow to clean the gut and add the nutrients your body needs.

Note: This program is here to guide and support your journey to optimal health, but everyone's  body is different! Results may vary and aren't guaranteed ~ what matters most is your effort, mindset, and consistency.

Hydration

 

Reset your body and improve your overall wellness by focusing on increased hydration. We will prioritize routines to support the natural body’s detox process. This process includes drinking liquids and using ingredients that are added for hydration.

Directions: 
Driving West from Columbus on 46 - Turn left onto Hawthorne at the McDonalds. At the second stop sign, turn right and pass the YMCA sign to the second driveway.
We are located inside the Professional Bldg.

Driving East from Bloomington - Take ST. RD. 46 until you  yield into 46 (at the light your going right) and drive to the first stop light. Turn right at McDonalds onto Hawthorne. At the second stop sign, turn right and pass the YMCA sign to the second driveway. We are located inside the Professional Bldg.

Driving South on 135 from Morgantown - Drive down 135 through town until the second stop light. Turn left onto 46 to the next stop light. Turn right at McDonalds onto Hawthorne. At the second stop sign, turn right and pass the YMCA sign to the second driveway. We are located inside the Professional Bldg.
