WHAT SHOULD I WEAR DURING A SESSION?

For best results, expose as much skin as possible. You can wear a swimsuit, sportswear, or

comfortable clothing that allows light to reach the targeted areas.

 

IS RLT SAFE?

Yes! RLT is FDA-approved and considered safe with no known harmful side effects when used as

directed. It is non-invasive, pain-free, and does not use UV rays.

 

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I USE RLT?

For best results, sessions 2-3 per week are recommended. however, frequency may vary based

on individual wellness goals.

 

WHO CAN BENEFIT FROM RLT?

Not a Medical Treatment

Red Light Therapy (RLT) is a complementary wellness service and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

 

If you have any health concerns, please consult your physician before
participating.

 

1. Personal Responsibility

Participation in RLT is voluntary, and clients assume all risks associated with the session. Individuals with medical conditions, including but not limited to photosensitivity, pregnancy, epilepsy, or a
history of skin cancer, should seek medical clearance before use.


2. Contraindications

RLT may not be suitable for individuals with the following conditions:

  1. Photosensitivity or light sensitivity disorders

  2. Current use of medications that cause light sensitivity (such as certain antibiotics, Accutane, or chemotherapy drugs)

  3. Skin cancer or a history of skin cancer

  4. Open wounds or recent surgical sites

  5. Uncontrolled high blood pressure

  6. Epilepsy or a history of seizures triggered by light

 

3. Hygiene and Conduct

To maximize effectiveness, clients must remove lotions, perfumes, and other skincare products before the session.

  1. Protective eyewear is recommended and be provided if needed.

  2. No food, drinks (other than the complimentary beverage provided), or electronic devices are permitted inside the Salt Therapy Room.

  3. Respectful behavior is expected at all times. Disruptive or inappropriate conduct may result in termination of the session without a refund.


4. Results may vary

While many individuals experience skin and wellness benefits, results are not guaranteed and may vary based on individual health conditions, frequency of use, and lifestyle factors.


5. Liability Waiver

By participating in RLT, you release and hold harmless Happy Hour Health Coach, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, injuries, or damages arising from participation, including but not limited to burns, allergic reactions, adverse effects, or personal injury.


6. Minors and Parental Consent

Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
A signed parent/guardian consent form is required for all minors participating in RLT sessions.
Parents/guardians assume full responsibility for the child’s participation and behavior during the session.

 

7. Consent for Service

By booking and attending a session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to this disclaimer. You also confirm that you are in good health or have received medical clearance to participate.
